The Floods of '04 & '05
These are only a few of the pictures of the floods of September '04 and January of '05. We don't like to dwell on the negative. After all, this was the highest water in the past 40 years and, we hope, will not be repeated in our lifetime. Although much damage was done to the marina and had to be repaired, many others who lived close to the river were much worse off than we.
