probably, the best marina on upper third of the Ohio River.  Why is that?  Well, for one reason, when you entered at the 3 white lights, you entered a channel leading to the Only Safe Harbor Marina on the first 300 or so miles of the Ohio River.  Of course, there are many other reasons for selecting Rayland Marina that you'll discover as you 'Navigate the Marina'.  Anyhow, 'motor on in' and, after learning more about the marina, see if you don't agree that........Rayland Marina is probably the best marina on the upper third of the Ohio River.  So now..................
